Climate Protection | Sustainability in Trade Show Construction | Resource Conservation
First and foremost, our mission is to successfully implement three-dimensional marketing for our clients. In doing so, we identify areas where material usage, transportation, reuse, and waste generation can be sensibly addressed and reduced.
Our company is certified according to ISO 20121, the international standard for sustainable event management. It helps us integrate environmental, social and economic considerations into our processes and projects.
Depending on the project, this may include reusable system elements, durable components and the reuse of existing materials. Material-efficient planning and optimized logistics also help us use resources responsibly. Environmental impacts are assessed on a project-specific basis and within clearly defined system boundaries. Specific savings or comparisons are stated only where documented reference solutions and reliable data are available.
Financial Contribution to Climate Protection
Upon request, our customers can also make a financial contribution to selected climate protection projects. This contribution is intended to supplement measures designed to prevent or reduce emissions in the respective project. We expressly do not present this financial contribution as an offset for the emissions generated by the trade show presence. Nor do we infer any statement regarding the climate neutrality of the trade show presence from this.
Transparency
We aim to provide clarity on what lies behind our project-specific measures. Upon request, we provide project-specific information on the materials used, potential reuse options, environmental measures, and—where available—the respective calculation bases.
Sustainability Report
Our first sustainability report provides insight into our company’s economic, environmental, and social activities. It covers the fiscal years 2024 and 2025 and outlines the measures and goals we are using to further advance our sustainable development.

Energy industry
Even during the planning phase of the company building in 2000, attention was paid to the sustainable use of energy:
Workplaces optimally illuminated with the maximum amount of natural light
Centrally controlled lighting throughout the building
Most of the heat energy required is provided by pellet heating system fuelled by pellets produced in-house from waste wood (wood chip plant)
Materials
We actively advise our customers on the use of:
high-quality materials with a long service life
modular materials, such as laminate flooring
materials with secondary uses, such as old wall panels that are repurposed as shipping crate
Waste management
Our goal is to further develop strategies for consistent waste prevention, for example:
Production: Responsible use of raw materials and their recycling
Exhibition booth design: A modular approach allows individual components to be reused more often
Transport: Sturdy, reusable shipping crates prevent damage to components
Suitable wood waste from the carpentry shop is processed into wood pellets in our wood chip plant
