Neufinsing, 19 September 2018 — Kerstin Drescher (43) and Thomas A. Kalb (56) were appointed as authorised representatives for atelier damböck. They complement and complete the executive management team comprising of Simon Damböck and Richie Zhang (atelier damböck China). Wilfried Götz, co-founder and Managing Director of the company, will begin his well-earned retirement after his 40 years of incredible service for the company.
Kerstin Drescher has been working for the company since July 2018. She has 18 years’ worth of experience in trade fair construction and was most recently employed as Team Leader at bluepool GmbH. She is responsible for the operational business at atelier damböck. “When you change jobs after such a long period of time, this step requires a great deal of consideration. If you are looking for the right prospects for the future in our industry, then Damböck is the company with the right vision where clear objectives are set. However, the company provides you with the opportunity to be able to bring your expertise to bear with dedication and passion”, said Drescher.
Thomas A. Kalb began his career on the customer side. He then served as a manager for 20 years at the trade fair constructor KnaufKassel GmbH, and also worked as a trade fair trainer and coach. He has managed damböck's branch office in Kassel since 2014. Thomas A. Kalb: “Developing and implementing exceptional solutions for our customers with a great deal of enjoyment and creativity, and therefore becoming part of their success story, are what drive us on a daily basis. Located in the heart of central Germany, this location offers greater proximity to atelier damböck customers. The branch office has developed really well over the past five years or so, getting involved in exciting projects involving wonderful customers and making a positive contribution to the success of the company as a whole – this is something we want to build upon with our new management team.”
