Block stand, 399 square metres
The focus of the concept is entirely on communication. A flat water pool surrounds the stand, which is arranged in split-level.
To the left of the entrance are two seating terraces arranged one above the other, with lounge furniture and glass balustrades and on the opposite side, a yellow "Frame" with a lit ceiling serves as a piano lounge. The bar occupies the rear-most, highest area.
Although the stand is accessible through a controlled entrance, and it is surrounded by a blue pool and is even partially enveloped by light textile cloth, it appears transparent, inviting and bright.
