Occupation of the new company building in Neufinsing near Munich
In the middle of the 70's, Andreas Damböck made a name for himself with a studio for architectural models. When he was asked whether he could build the company logo of KUONI (a globe) as a trade fair stand, he agreed. For this very first order, he bagged the prize for the best trade fair stand at the Vacances Genf fair in 1976. Additional orders followed, and Wilfried Götz was taken on board as a partner in the company. The Atelier Damböck Messebau GmbH company was born.

It is our pleasure to deliver solutions at short notice.

If you ask Andreas Damböck today about the past 30 years, he summarizes: "The time has really flown. What I can remember is that we often had to come up with solutions for unexpected problems at short notice - and that is what the fun in our business is about. That, and the many little stories at the sidelines." He is always happy to narrate one of them: The Capuccino story.

With the construction of the new company building, which was occupied in 2001, atelier damböck set new standards. Its impressive appearance is symbolic of a successful brand staging in the space. Quote from a company associate: „I have never ever seen anything like this in German trade fair construction!“ (Peter Jürgen Klee, Director, Sales and Marketing, Syma System GmbH)

The Cappuccino story
The Cappuccino storyIt was in 1982, when hardly any trade fair stand had a bar, to say nothing of a cafe-teria, that we installed a professional Cappuccino machine at the stand for our customer Analog Devices.

At that time, Cappuccino or Espresso were only available in very good restau-rants, and Espresso beans were only available in one specialist Italian shop in Munich.

It was atelier damböck who recognized a trend and implemented it for its clients; today, it has become a standard feature of every successful trade fair appear-ance.
